For daily feeding, it is recommended to use complete and balanced freeze-dried food, rather than freeze-dried treats only.

How It Works

1. Add freeze-dried food into the food tank.

2. Fill the water tank with clean water.

3. Set the feeding schedule and portion in the Neakasa App.

4. Riko grinds the freeze-dried food.

5. Water is added according to your selected hydration ratio.

6. The hydrated meal is prepared and served automatically.
