OUR STORY
ePetz was founded in 2021 by Sharon Chua, a lifelong cat lover who has been rescuing and fostering strays since 2009 — even renting a house just to give them a safe and loving space to recover and grow.What started as a home full of rescues slowly turned into something bigger. After caring for so many cats over the years, Sharon had tested all kinds of products — and quickly learned what worked, what didn’t, and what truly made life easier for both pets and their humans.When the MCO ended and people began returning to the office, she saw many pet owners struggling to care for their animals at home. That’s when she launched ePetz — starting with just three trusted products she used herself.From the beginning, Sharon didn’t just want to sell things — she wanted to help pet parents find the right solutions, offer honest advice, and be there long after the sale. As more customers found her on Shopee, she moved from her humble “cat house” into a dedicated showroom in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.Today, Sharon’s love for cats still guides everything we do.Because at ePetz, our goal has always been the same:To make life better for the pets we love — and life easier for the people who love them.
