We ship within Malaysia — including Peninsular and East Malaysia (Sabah &
Sarawak) — as well as to Singapore.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to
Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 12PM will be processed on the same day.

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order:
Smaller items (e.g. toys, cat litter refills, accessories):
RM8–RM12 (West Malaysia)
RM15–RM30 (East Malaysia)
Larger or bulky items (e.g. automatic litter boxes,
feeders, pet furniture):
Shipping fees will vary and are calculated at checkout based on your location
and item size.
Singapore:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery
address.

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may
be returned to us.
