Standard Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may opt for return, exchange and/or refund up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
- As long as the item and the packaging is not used/modified/exposed to any hygiene concerns.
- Must be in the original packaging and the outer box is not damaged in any way and will not affect the second sale

- After shipping back the product back to us, we will refund you 100% exclusive of the shipping charges.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Products Return / Repair / Warranty Policy
The Warranty period commences on the date of purchase.
- ePetz warrants the product that you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- ePetz is only liable for manufacturer defect, does not cover damage caused by end-user or wear and tear.
- All of our electronics pet items come with 1-year local seller warranty/ unless stated otherwise.
- After shipping back the product back to us, we will troubleshoot, repair or do a 1 to 1 exchange depends on the situation.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the customer fails to collect their item within 2 weeks of repair or replacement completion, ePetz reserves the right to dispose of the item without further notice. The customer will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or replacement in such cases.
