Will my cat accept an automatic litter box?
The open-top design feels familiar and gives cats a clear view and easy escape route. Keep the M1 Plus beside the old tray at first, use familiar litter, and allow your cat to explore it without pressure.
Is it safe while my cat is inside?
The M1 Plus uses weight and infrared sensing to detect activity and pause operation. Correct setup and keeping the sensors clean are essential. It is not intended for kittens under 1.5 kg.
What litter can I use?
Use fast-clumping litter with particles small enough to pass through the screen. Avoid non-clumping litter, overly long pellets and lightweight materials that do not form firm clumps. Ask ePetz if you are unsure.
How often do I need to empty and clean it?
The 11.2 L drawer can support approximately 7–14 days depending on cat count and usage. Empty it sooner in Malaysia’s warm climate. Wipe the step and sensors regularly and perform a deeper clean as needed.
What happens if I need help after purchase?
Your purchase includes local ePetz setup guidance, troubleshooting and a one-year local warranty. Our team can also advise on maintenance and repair support.
